Antonio Pérez Caballer
Dr. Antonio Pérez Caballer is a Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology, Licensed and Doctor in Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid. He completed his specialized training at Hospital Clínico San Carlos de Madrid and completed international subspecializations as a Visiting Fellow in Arthroscopic Surgery and Upper Limb Surgery at the University of Florida (USA), in addition to academic stays and collaborations at the University of Miami, the University of Pennsylvania and the Anáhuac University of Mexico, where he is an international collaborating professor.

In the healthcare field, he has been Head of Service at Hospital Infanta Elena and Associate Head of the Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology Service at Hospital Ruber Juan Bravo. He is currently Head of the Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology Team at Hospital Universitario HLA Moncloa S.A.U.
In the academic field, he was awarded the Extraordinary Doctorate Award from the Royal Academy of Medicine, is the author of numerous indexed scientific articles and specialty books, professor accredited by ANECA in the area of Surgery and has a research sexenio recognized by the CNEAI. His research has focused especially on tissue regeneration of cartilage and peripheral nerve and on the study of biomaterials, in collaboration with the CSIC and various universities. He is currently a Professor at the Faculty of Life Sciences of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
Belén Navarro-Rubio Coello de Portugal
Dr. Belén Navarro-Rubio is a specialist in Radiation Oncology, graduated in Medicine from the Francisco de Vitoria University, where she obtained the highest academic qualification and was awarded the Optimus Prize, granted to the best student of the Faculty of Medicine. She subsequently obtained the title of Doctor in Medicine from the San Pablo CEU University.

She completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra (Pamplona), a national and international reference center in comprehensive cancer treatment. She is currently developing a fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, USA), one of the world's leading oncology centers.
Internationally, she has developed research experience at the Diabetes Research Institute / Diabetes Research Center in Miami, and has completed clinical observerships at UF Health Jacksonville and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Memphis, Tennessee), expanding her training in translational medicine and the multidisciplinary approach to complex pathologies.
Her profile combines academic excellence, clinical experience in highly specialized centers and a strong research orientation with international projection.
Olga Rodríguez de Arzola
Dr. Olga Rodríguez de Arzola is Dean of the Ponce Health Sciences University School of Medicine (PHSU-SOM). She completed her medical studies and pediatrics specialty at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus, beginning her professional career as a general pediatrician in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, in 1986. In 1993 she began her academic career as a faculty member of the Pediatric Residency Program at Ponce University Hospital (PUH) and in 1995 she joined the faculty of what was then Ponce School of Medicine (PSM).

Her clinical excellence and strong organizational skills led to her appointment as Director of Graduate Medical Education (GME) and Director of the Transitional Year Program at PUH. During this stage she achieved institutional and TY program reaccreditation, developed a new Emergency Medicine program and promoted the creation of the Surgery program authorized in July 2013. Within PSM she held the positions of Chair of Pediatrics, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Dean of Health Sciences. As Associate Dean she led the institutional strategic plans and self-evaluation processes for reaccreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the Liaison Committee on Medical Education. In 2012 she completed the Fellowship in Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) and was designated Interim President and Dean.
As President and later Dean, she implemented measures to stabilize institutional finances, modernize processes and raise academic quality. Her main achievements include the creation of the Master of Sciences in Medical Sciences, the accreditation of the Public Health Program by the Council of Education for Public Health and obtaining a U54 grant for oncological research in collaboration with the Moffitt Cancer Center. Under her leadership, the change of institutional ownership and the transformation of PSM into Ponce Health Sciences University (PHSU) occurred in September 2014.
As Dean of PHSU-SOM for ten consecutive years, she has modernized the teaching experience through the incorporation of advanced technology and the implementation of the flipped classroom model, in addition to progressively expanding the size of cohorts. She has led institutional expansion with the opening of new clinical campuses in Mayagüez, the metropolitan area and a full campus in St. Louis, Missouri. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Intellectus Foundation, the Puerto Rico Medicine Hall of Fame and commissioner of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
Cristián Grillo Marín
Dr. Cristián Grillo Marín is a Resident Physician in General and Digestive Surgery at Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda (Madrid), where he is completing his specialized training at one of Spain's leading surgical centers.

He graduated in Medicine from the Francisco de Vitoria University, where he also held positions of academic responsibility as a Scholar of International Medicine under the direction of Dr. Antonio Pérez Caballer. During his university years he stood out for his institutional involvement and international projection.
He has completed clinical training in the United States through multiple observerships at Jackson Memorial Hospital (Miami, Florida), including rotations in Internal Medicine and Surgical Oncology. He also completed clinical practices at Holy Cross Hospital (Fort Lauderdale, Florida).

Yaisa Moreno Hernández
Dr. Yaisa B. Moreno Hernández is a specialist in Internal Medicine with six years of clinical experience in the U.S. healthcare system. She currently practices at Holy Cross Health Fort Lauderdale (Florida, USA), where she develops her practice in the field of general internal medicine, focused on comprehensive adult patient care.
